View Subscription

Go to SettingsBilling to see:

  • Current plan
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method
  • Invoice history

Upgrade

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select new plan
  4. Confirm

Upgrades are prorated.

Cancel

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select reason (optional)
  4. Confirm

Access continues until billing period ends.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days.

Contact support with:

  • Account email
  • Reason for refund
  • Invoice number
